Ingredients:

  • Undercut long pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ripe papaya grinded 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 12
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Malai 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Wheat flour as required
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Grind green chilies, coriander leaves and mint leaves together.
  2. Now marinate pasanday with ginger garlic paste, green paste, ripe papaya, salt and malai for 1 hour.
  3. Then skew kabab on wooden skewers.
  4. Now press on skewers nicely so that it comes in shape of long kabab.
  5. Now roll in wheat flour and dip in beaten eggs.
  6. Then shallow fry in oil for 10 minutes on low flame.
