Malai Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Undercut long pasanday 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ripe papaya grinded 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 12
- Salt 1 tsp
- Malai 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Wheat flour as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Grind green chilies, coriander leaves and mint leaves together.
- Now marinate pasanday with ginger garlic paste, green paste, ripe papaya, salt and malai for 1 hour.
- Then skew kabab on wooden skewers.
- Now press on skewers nicely so that it comes in shape of long kabab.
- Now roll in wheat flour and dip in beaten eggs.
- Then shallow fry in oil for 10 minutes on low flame.
