Ingredients:
- Mutton chops and boneless 1 kg
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spices 1/2 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Papaya 2 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Yogurt 375 gm
- Ghee 1 cup
- Coal 1
Method:
- Marinate mutton with yogurt, cream, papaya and salt and keep in fridge.
- Now heat ghee, put yogurt mutton and cover, so that it tender likes malai.
- Then heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, crushed cumin, crushed red chilies, crushed coriander, all spices and whole black pepper and roast it.
- Now add tendered mutton, keep on simmer for 10 minutes and give smoke of coal.
- Malai gosht is ready.
