Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops and boneless 1 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spices 1/2 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Papaya 2 tsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Yogurt 375 gm
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Coal 1

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton with yogurt, cream, papaya and salt and keep in fridge.
  2. Now heat ghee, put yogurt mutton and cover, so that it tender likes malai.
  3. Then heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  4. Then put ginger garlic paste, crushed cumin, crushed red chilies, crushed coriander, all spices and whole black pepper and roast it.
  5. Now add tendered mutton, keep on simmer for 10 minutes and give smoke of coal.
  6. Malai gosht is ready.
