Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Spinach 10 leaves
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put milk, salt, black pepper and green chili paste in yogurt and beat it.
  2. Now dry spinach leaves and fry in hot oil.
  3. When crispy, take it out, crush it and add in yogurt.
  4. Palak ka raita is ready.
