Ingredients:
- Sela rice 300 gm
- Chicken with bone 500 gm
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Chopped onion 1
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Olives 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Pickled peppers 5-6
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Melon seeds for garnish
Method:
- Wash rice nicely and clean it.
- Now soak it in water for 2-3 hours.
- Boil rice hard, strain it and keep it aside.
- Now put oil in pan and heat it.
- Then put chopped garlic and chopped onions and fry it.
- Now add chicken with bone, fry it, add chopped tomatoes and roast it.
- Now add black pepper, pickled peppers and salt, add water as required and cook until chicken tender.
- Now add rice, olives and lemon juice, mix it and simmer it.
- When rice is ready, dish out, garnish with melon seeds and serve.
