Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd 300 gm
  • Potatoes 2-3
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut bitter gourd in finely slices and put salt.
  2. Then wash after 2 hours, dry it and fry it lightly.
  3. Cut potatoes into slices, fry it and keep it aside.
  4. Now heat oil in pan and fry onion.
  5. Now roast ginger garlic paste.
  6. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, capsicum, tomatoes and green chilies, add fried bitter gourd and potatoes and simmer it on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
  7. When simmer is completed, dish out, garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
