Ingredients:
- Bitter gourd 300 gm
- Potatoes 2-3
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut bitter gourd in finely slices and put salt.
- Then wash after 2 hours, dry it and fry it lightly.
- Cut potatoes into slices, fry it and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- Now roast ginger garlic paste.
- Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, capsicum, tomatoes and green chilies, add fried bitter gourd and potatoes and simmer it on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
- When simmer is completed, dish out, garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
