Ingredients:
- Boneless breast 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
For Filling:
- Carrot 1
- Peas boiled 2 tbsp
- Sweet corn 3 tbsp
- Mushrooms 4
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp
- Eggs beaten 2
- Bread crumbs as required
Method:
- Grind boneless breast with green chilies, salt, black pepper and mustard paste and keep it aside.
- For filling: Cut carrot and mushrooms finely.
- Now boil carrot and peas, ad cheddar cheese grated, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and grinded green masala and mix it nicely. Mixture should be thick.
- Now take chicken mince mixture in hands, spread it and thin it.
- Then fill vegetable mixture in it and give long shape.
- Then dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
- Before frying, cool it for 30 minutes.
- Then deep fry it on low flame and serve hot.
