Ingredients:

  • Boneless breast 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Carrot 1
  • Peas boiled 2 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 3 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 4
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp
  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Grind boneless breast with green chilies, salt, black pepper and mustard paste and keep it aside.
  2. For filling: Cut carrot and mushrooms finely.
  3. Now boil carrot and peas, ad cheddar cheese grated, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and grinded green masala and mix it nicely. Mixture should be thick.
  4. Now take chicken mince mixture in hands, spread it and thin it.
  5. Then fill vegetable mixture in it and give long shape.
  6. Then dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
  7. Before frying, cool it for 30 minutes.
  8. Then deep fry it on low flame and serve hot.
