Chicken White Sauce Cutlets by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken 2-1/2 cups
- Chopped onion 2
- Chopped garlic 4 cloves
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil for deep frying
- Bread crumbs for coating
For Sauce:
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- Melt butter in pan and roast flour nicely.
- When fragrance comes, add salt and black pepper, remove from stove, add milk little little and whisk it continuously.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and add chopped onion and chopped garlic.
- When color of onion changes, add boiled chicken, flour, salt and black pepper.
- Now mix white sauce, mix coriander leaves and cool mixture for 30 minutes.
- Make cutlets of mixture, dip in beaten egg and coat with flour and bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot oil and serve.
