Dry Beef Chilies by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10-15
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed white pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube with flour 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Sesame oil few drops

Method:

  1. Cut beef undercut into finely parchy with sharp knife.
  2. Then put salt, sugar, crushed black pepper, crushed white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic cloves, corn flour and chicken cube with flour in parchy, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Now heat oil in karahi pan and stir fry it on low flame.
  4. When water dries, put 1 tbsp oil in second frying pan, stir fry green chilies, put in meat and roast it lightly.
  5. Then put sesame oil and serve hot.
