Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Spring onions 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Then drain water, put fresh water and boil it.
  3. When it boils 2/4, drain water and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in karahi pan and fry garlic cloves until golden brown.
  5. Now add rice and stir fry it.
  6. Then put soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar, salt and chicken powder in rice and roast for 5 minutes.
  7. Then put spring onions and sesame oil and serve hot.
