Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 12 pieces
  • Ginger garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Raw onion grinded 1
  • Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with 1 cup water and ginger garlic paste and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil, put brown onion grinded and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Now put coconut milk with green chili garlic sauce, red chili garlic sauce, coriander powder, salt and cumin in pan and cook until thick.
  4. Then add boiled chicken with turmeric.
  5. Then put fried onion and cook until thick.
  6. Now take it out.
