Pepper Chicken by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Onion chopped 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Suree green chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Suree oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Mashed potatoes to serve
Method:
- Marinate chicken with soya sauce, green chili sauce, oyster sauce, ginger garlic paste, mustard powder, all spice and crushed black pepper for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil and fry onion chopped until light golden.
- Then add marinated chicken and cook on low flame until it is ready.
- Then sprinkle all spice.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and dinner rolls.
