Tom Yam Soup by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Lemon leaves 3
- Lemon grass 3
- Boranga 1
- Mushroom 1 cup
- Tom yam paste 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 8-10
- Fish sauce 3 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Chicken cube 2-3
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
- Put water, chicken cube, chicken slice, boranga, lemon grass, lemon leaves and green chilies in pot and cook for 30 minutes.
- Now add mushroom, tomatoes, onion, green chilies, fish sauce, Chinese salt, fresh coriander and salt, mix it nicely and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then take out in dish.
- Garnish with green coriander and lemon juice and serve.
