Thai Red Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken with bone 500 gm
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Red curry paste 2-3 tbsp
- Fish sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Mushroom 1 cup
- Lemon leaves 4-5
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 2-3
- Basil leaves 10-12
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put garlic cloves and chicken and roast it.
- When color of chicken changes, add red curry paste, fish sauce, lemon leaves, black pepper, crushed red chili, mushroom and salt and roast for 4-5 minutes.
- Then add coconut milk and 1 cup water and cook until gravy is thick.
- When gravy is thick, dish out it.
- Garnish with crushed red chili and basil leaves and serve.
