Ingredients:

  • Mung bean noodles 1 packet
  • Prawns 200 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lettuce leaves 4-5
  • Onion 1
  • Spring onion 1 bunch
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili whole 3-4
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak noodles in cold water for 1 hour.
  2. Then boil water in pot and cook noodles for 3 minute.
  3. Then drain water and put in cold water.
  4. When noodles are cold, strain it and keep it aside.
  5. Boil water in pot, boil prawns with garlic paste for 4-5 minutes, take it out and keep it aside.
  6. Cut onion, spring onion, tomatoes and red chili into slices and put in mixing bowl.
  7. Then add chopped fresh coriander.
  8. Now put fish sauce, Chinese salt and lemon juice and mix it.
  9. Now add boiled prawns.
  10. Then add noodles and mix it.
  11. Now add lettuce leaves and dish out.
