Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Fat 125 gm
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Crushed all spices 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed & roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed & roasted coriander 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put chicken mince, fat, onions, green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and salt in chopper and grind finely.
  2. Now add Chinese salt, crushed red chilies, crushed & roasted cumin, crushed & roasted coriander and crushed all spices and mix it nicely.
  3. Then skew on skewer, put oil and bake on coal or in oven.
