Ingredients:

  • Mango pulp 1 cup
  • Crushed coconut 1 cup
  • Dried milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds 10
  • Silver paper as required
  • Kewra few drops

Method:

  1. Cook sugar and mango pulp and dry water.
  2. Now put dried milk, crushed coconut, cardamom and kewra and mix it nicely.
  3. Then spread on tray and bake in micro wave oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Then take it out and mark cuts.
  5. Then put almonds, spread silver paper and cut it.
  6. Mango barfi is ready.
