Bhindi Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Lady fingers fried 125 gm

Method:

  1. Put oil in pan, put onion, ginger garlic, salt, chili powder, turmeric and 1 cup water with mutton, cover it and cook until it is approx ready.
  2. Now remove cover, fry meat nicely for 10 minutes until oil comes up.
  3. Then add yogurt and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put 1/2 cup water for gravy.
  5. Now keep on simmer on low flame, put fried lady fingers and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. In end, add all spice and take it out.
