Bhindi Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 2-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Lady fingers fried 125 gm
Method:
- Put oil in pan, put onion, ginger garlic, salt, chili powder, turmeric and 1 cup water with mutton, cover it and cook until it is approx ready.
- Now remove cover, fry meat nicely for 10 minutes until oil comes up.
- Then add yogurt and fry it nicely.
- Then put 1/2 cup water for gravy.
- Now keep on simmer on low flame, put fried lady fingers and cook for 5 minutes.
- In end, add all spice and take it out.
