Chocolate Cream Cake With Ganache by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

For sponge:

  • Eggs 6
  • Caster sugar 6 oz
  • Flour 4 oz
  • Coco powder 2 oz
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp

For Chocolate Cream Icing:

  • Fresh cream 16 oz
  • Icing sugar 2 oz
  • Milk chocolate 8 oz

For Ganache:

  • Cream 4 oz
  • Chocolate grated 6 oz

Method:

  1. For sponge: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  2. Now fold flour, coco powder and baking powder little little, put in 8 inch baking fish and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. For ganache: Meat cream with chocolate grated for 10 minutes, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
  4. Now mix 16 oz fresh cream and 2 oz icing sugar.
  5. Then mix melt milk chocolate and keep it aside.
  6. For assemble: Spread one layer of cake.
  7. Now soak with food syrup.
  8. Then spread chocolate cream icing.
  9. Put chocolate ganache on top.
  10. Now cover with second layer of cake.
  11. Then put sugar syrup.
  12. Now cover cake sides with chocolate cream icing.
  13. Then decorate with chocolate ganache and serve.
