Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Garlic cloves 6
- Green chilies 10
- Butter 50 gm
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Wash chicken boneless and cut into 3 inch long.
- Now marinate it with mustard seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds, crushed red chilies, green chili paste and crushed garlic.
- Then heat oil in pot and fry chicken pieces on low flame until water dries.
- Now add mayonnaise, yogurt, tomato ketchup and lemon juice, cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Then take it out in serving dish.
- Now heat butter in frying pan, fry garlic cloves and green chilies and put on chicken.
- Murgh lasani is ready.
