Ingredients:
- Fried bitter gourd 1 kg
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed green chilies 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Dry fenugreek 2 tsp
- Green onion 250 gm
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until red.
- Now put tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, dry fenugreek, turmeric powder and tamarind pulp and roast it.
- Then put fried bitter gourd and cook more.
- Then keep on simmer and put crushed green chilies and green onion.
