Bihari Kabab Paratha by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Paratha:

  • Maida 300 gm
  • Ghee 1-2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required

For Kebab Roll:

  • Bihari kabab as required
  • Onion 1-2
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1

For Chutney:

  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For paratha: Add ghee and salt in maida, knead it, make portions and roll it.
  2. Then fry in oil.
  3. For chutney: Add all ingredients in blender jug and make chutney.
  4. For kabab paratha: Keep kabab in center of paratha.
  5. Put cucumber, onion and tomato, put chutney on top, roll it and serve.
