Ingredients:
- Dry apricot 500 gm
- Bread slices 5-6
- Cream 1 packet
- Almonds 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Sugar 5 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, crispy fry bread slices, take it out and keep it aside.
- Now boil dry apricots in water until tender.
- Then separate its water and take out seeds from apricots pulp.
- Put apricots pulp in pot and add its water.
- Then add sugar and almonds.
- Now add oil, mix it nicely and cook until it becomes paste.
- Then put milk and cook it nicely.
- Now spread bread slice small pieces.
- Then put khubani ka meetha on top.
- Now garnish with cream and almonds and serve.
