Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Soda by carb 1/4 tsp
- Melted ghee 1/2 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put wheat flour, flour and soda in bowl and mix it.
- Now put melted ghee, milk, yogurt and caster sugar and knead it well.
- Add water if required.
- Dough should be soft.
- Now cover it and leave for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Then make 12 portions and roll is size of 1/4 plate.
- Spread ghee on it.
- Sprinkle flour and roll like Swiss roll.
- Now give shape of dough again, roll it again, make parathay and deep fry it.
