Bangladeshi Roast by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 4 pieces or 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Whole red chilies 15
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, sugar, ginger garlic and salt and leave for 4 hours.
  2. Now heat oil and fry chopped onion until soft and coffee light golden.
  3. Then put mixed whole spices, whole red chilies and marinated chicken and fry it nicely until chicken is golden on low flame in 10 minutes.
  4. Then add marination, cover it and cook until it ready.
  5. In end, take it out.
