Ingredients:
- Chicken 4 pieces or 1 kg
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Whole red chilies 15
- Chopped onion 1
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, sugar, ginger garlic and salt and leave for 4 hours.
- Now heat oil and fry chopped onion until soft and coffee light golden.
- Then put mixed whole spices, whole red chilies and marinated chicken and fry it nicely until chicken is golden on low flame in 10 minutes.
- Then add marination, cover it and cook until it ready.
- In end, take it out.
