Ingredients:
- Chocolate cookies 2 cups
- Melted butter 4 tbsp
- Cream cheese 300 gm
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Chocolate melted 240 gm
- Cream 1/2 cup
To Decorate:
- Whipped cream
- Cookies
- Mint leaves
- Melted chocolate
Method:
- Crush 1-1/2 cup chocolate cookies in bowl and mix melted butter.
- Make layer of mixture in 9-inches spring form tin.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and corn flour nicely in second bowl.
- When creamy, mix eggs 1 by 1 and mix vanilla essence.
- Now add melted chocolate and cream.
- Break remaining cookies into smaller pieces and mix in mixture.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- Change the temperature of oven to 100 degrees C and bake more for 2 hours.
- When baked, cool cake in closed oven for 2 hours and then refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with whipped cream, melted chocolate, cookies and mint leaves, cut into slices and serve.
