Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
  • Crushed all spices 1 tsp
  • Korma masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped onions 3
  • Oil 1 cup

For Simmer:

  • Cardamom 5
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped almonds 8

Method:

  1. Mix all simmer ingredients and grind finely.
  2. Heat oil in pot, fry finely chopped onions until golden brown, take it out and spread on tissue so that it becomes crisp.
  3. Put mutton chops, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt and dry water of chops.
  4. Then roast it lightly, put crushed red chilies, crushed coriander, crushed all spices and crushed onion.
  5. Then roast it lightly and put 2 cup hot water.
  6. When oil comes up, add grinded masala and simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Chops korma is ready.
