Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
- Crushed all spices 1 tsp
- Korma masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped onions 3
- Oil 1 cup
For Simmer:
- Cardamom 5
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Finely chopped almonds 8
Method:
- Mix all simmer ingredients and grind finely.
- Heat oil in pot, fry finely chopped onions until golden brown, take it out and spread on tissue so that it becomes crisp.
- Put mutton chops, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt and dry water of chops.
- Then roast it lightly, put crushed red chilies, crushed coriander, crushed all spices and crushed onion.
- Then roast it lightly and put 2 cup hot water.
- When oil comes up, add grinded masala and simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Chops korma is ready.
