Ingredients:

  • Potato cubes 4
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed green chilies 4
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic cloves 4
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat mustard oil in karahi pan, put chopped garlic cloves and fry until golden.
  2. Now add potato cubes and fry it.
  3. When golden brown, put cauliflower, crushed green chilies, crushed red chilies, crushed mustard seeds, white cumin and salt, cover it and cook on low flame.
  4. When water of cauliflower dries, put finely chopped ginger and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Aloo gobi sabzi is ready.
