Diet Bake Yogurt Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken leg pieces 3-4
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Onion 1
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Cloves 5-6
- Curry leaves 2
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Whisk yogurt 1 cup
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Roast whole coriander, whole cumin, cloves and curry leaves on tawa or pan.
- Now put in blender, also add onion, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and whisk yogurt, blend it nicely and prepare marination.
- Now mark cuts on chicken with knife and marinate it.
- Then put olive oil on oven tray, keep chicken on it, put remaining marination on top and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
- Take out chicken and serve.
