Ingredients:

  • Chicken 8 pieces or 1 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Peanut 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Almonds blanched 8
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 6
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Cloves 6
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes slices for garnish

Method:

  1. Roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds, peanuts, coconut and almonds and grind finely.
  2. Now heat oil, put white cumin seeds, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and chopped onion and fry it until light and golden.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, roasted & grinded masala, salt and chili powder and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put chicken, cover it and cook on low flame until it is ready.
  5. In end, garnish with tomato slices.
