Chicken Shami Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Chana daal 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Whole red pepper 8
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Water 2 cups

Method:

  1. Put chicken, soaked chana daal, whole red pepper, salt, finely chopped onion and water in pan and cook until meat tender and water dries.
  2. Now chop them nicely, add egg, yogurt, all spice, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies and onion and mix it nicely.
  3. Then give shape of kabab and shallow fry in frying pan.
