Chicken Salsa Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Boiled pasta 1/2 packet
  • Capsicum 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Onions 2
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with black pepper and salt and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat 4 tbsp oil in pan, cook chicken for 10 minutes with cover and close stove after tender.
  3. Then heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan and fry chopped garlic.
  4. When fragrance comes, put chopped capsicum, onions, tomatoes and green chilies.
  5. Then add vinegar, crushed red chilies, brown sugar, soya sauce, oregano and tomato ketchup and close stove.
  6. In end, take put noodles, salsa and chicken in plate and serve.
