Chicken Salsa Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Boiled pasta 1/2 packet
- Capsicum 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 2
- Onions 2
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with black pepper and salt and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now heat 4 tbsp oil in pan, cook chicken for 10 minutes with cover and close stove after tender.
- Then heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan and fry chopped garlic.
- When fragrance comes, put chopped capsicum, onions, tomatoes and green chilies.
- Then add vinegar, crushed red chilies, brown sugar, soya sauce, oregano and tomato ketchup and close stove.
- In end, take put noodles, salsa and chicken in plate and serve.
