Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon 2
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Round finely chopped carrots 1
  • Curry leaves few
  • Finely chopped green onions 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Cottage cheese cubes 1 packet

For Bhagar:

  • Whole red chilies 6
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander (chopped) 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few

Method:

  1. Strain gram flour and mix yogurt nicely.
  2. Now add crushed red chilies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and water.
  3. Remember water should not be more.
  4. For bhagar: Put all ingredients in karahi pan, roast it lightly without oil and put strained masala gram flour.
  5. Put salt when it boil 1/4.
  6. Then heat oil in frying pan, fry cottage cheese cubes lightly and put in karahi.
  7. Then fry capsicum cubes, carrots and green onion lightly and add it.
  8. Also put curry leaves, green chilies and lemon juice and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with plain rice.
