Ingredients:

  • Butter 8 oz
  • Caster sugar 8 oz
  • Self raising flour 8 oz
  • Coco powder 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 4

For White Chocolate Frosting:

  • White chocolate 4 oz
  • Butter 3 oz
  • Icing sugar 8 oz
  • Milk 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Now put dissolved coffee and add 1 by 1 eggs, self raising flour, coco powder and baking powder.
  3. Then put this mixture in grease pan and bake for 30-40 minutes on 180 degrees C.
  4. Now take it out and cool it.
  5. For white chocolate frosting: Put white chocolate, butter and milk in sauce pan and melt chocolate for 1 minute.
  6. Now put icing sugar and beat it until fluffy.
  7. Spread on cappuccino squares and serve.
