Ingredients:
- Butter 8 oz
- Caster sugar 8 oz
- Self raising flour 8 oz
- Coco powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Coffee 1 tsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Eggs 4
For White Chocolate Frosting:
- White chocolate 4 oz
- Butter 3 oz
- Icing sugar 8 oz
- Milk 3 tbsp
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Now put dissolved coffee and add 1 by 1 eggs, self raising flour, coco powder and baking powder.
- Then put this mixture in grease pan and bake for 30-40 minutes on 180 degrees C.
- Now take it out and cool it.
- For white chocolate frosting: Put white chocolate, butter and milk in sauce pan and melt chocolate for 1 minute.
- Now put icing sugar and beat it until fluffy.
- Spread on cappuccino squares and serve.
