Mughlai Muthi Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1
  • Green chilies 6
  • Crushed coconut 1 tbsp
  • Crushed almonds 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Toothpicks as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Put chicken mince in chopper, put green coriander, mint leaves, garlic, green chilies, crushed coconut, crushed almonds, black pepper, salt and onions and grind finely.
  2. Then keep 2 tbsp mince mixture on hands, keep toothpick in center and press with fist (muthi).
  3. Then heat oil and fry it.
  4. Mughlai muthi kabab is ready.
