Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1
- Green chilies 6
- Crushed coconut 1 tbsp
- Crushed almonds 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onions 250 gm
- Butter 50 gm
- Toothpicks as required
- Oil for frying
- Egg 1
Method:
- Put chicken mince in chopper, put green coriander, mint leaves, garlic, green chilies, crushed coconut, crushed almonds, black pepper, salt and onions and grind finely.
- Then keep 2 tbsp mince mixture on hands, keep toothpick in center and press with fist (muthi).
- Then heat oil and fry it.
- Mughlai muthi kabab is ready.
