Namkeen Boti by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Lemon 3
- White vinegar 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In wok, add washed chicken.
- Add salt and white vinegar.
- Stir fry until water dries, then add ginger paste, black pepper crushed, lemon juice and oil.
- Allow to cook until chicken tender.
- Dish it out and serve with naan.
