Lahori Fried Fish by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Roasted coriander 1-1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except fish in bowl.
  2. Now marinate fish with this mixture.
  3. Then fry in frying pan until it is ready.
  4. In end, sprinkle chaat masala.
