Lahori Fried Fish by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Roasted coriander 1-1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
- Yellow color pinch
- Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except fish in bowl.
- Now marinate fish with this mixture.
- Then fry in frying pan until it is ready.
- In end, sprinkle chaat masala.
