Ingredients:
- Beef mince 500 gm
- Bun 4
- Eggs 2
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Demigras sauce 1/2 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes, Lettuce to decorate
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and saute onion.
- Then put double grinded beef mince with fat in mixing bowl, add fried onion, black pepper, white pepper, salt, corn flour and eggs, mix it nicely and make kabab.
- Heat oil in pan and fry kabab on both sides on low flame.
- Cut bun into 2 pieces.
- Cut tomatoes into slices.
- Keep lettuce on bun, put kabab on it and keep tomato.
- In end, put sauce, keep second piece of bun on top and serve.
