Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Lady fingers 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 12
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coal 1
Method:
- Cut lady fingers from both sides and mark cut on center.
- Now cut green chilies into 2 pieces.
- Then heat oil, fry lady fingers and green chilies and take it out.
- Fry onion in remaining oil.
- Now put ginger garlic, boneless chicken, crushed red chilies, salt, turmeric, roasted cumin and tomatoes, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- When chicken tender, put lady fingers, green chilies and tamarind paste.
- In end, give smoke of coal.
- Dhuwandaar bhindi is ready.
