Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 250 gm
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Ghee 250 gm
- Whole red chilies 8
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Onions 2
- Curry leaves 6
- Green chilies 4
Method:
- Heat ghee, fry cheese and take it out.
- Now fry onion until brown, put whole red chilies, cumin, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic, curry leaves and green chilies.
- Then add potatoes.
- Also put chopped cheese, mix it nicely and close stove.
