Chocolate Spread Bread by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Plain flour 250 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Milk powder 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Warm water for binding
- Chocolate spread 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
Method:
- Sift flour and add salt, sugar, milk powder, yeast and oil in large mixing bowl.
- Add water to make stiff dough.
- Shape dough into ball and leave to set for 1 hour.
- On lightly floured surface, roll dough in rectangular shape, apply chocolate spread 1/2 inch border on sides.
- Roll tightly and place on baking sheet.
- Cut dough down middles with knife, leaving one end intact.
- Twist ends over top each other, making sure to turn cut side toward top.
- Cover dough loosely in cling and let it set for 20 minutes.
- Egg wash it and bake on 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes.
