Chocolate Salami by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Coco powder 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Plain sweet biscuits 2 half rolls
Method:
- Process biscuits and make thick crumbs in blender.
- Pour water, coco powder and sugar in sauce pan.
- Cook until sugar dissolves.
- Keep stirring during this.
- Now, fold in biscuit crumbs and cook about 1-2 minutes.
- Wrap mixture in cling and press evenly.
- Refrigerate it for 20 minutes or until firm.
- Cut it into fine even slices and serve.
