Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 6
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped spinach 2 bunches
- Shredded cottage cheese 2 packet
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Crushed green chilies 6
- Bread crumbs as required
- Eggs 2
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Wash chopped spinach and soak in turmeric water.
- Take out after 5 minutes and dry water.
- Now mash boiled potatoes nicely and mix crushed green chilies, salt, crushed black pepper and rice flour nicely.
- Then dry spinach nicely.
- Now mix cottage cheese and chopped green coriander.
- Then grease hands, take some potato and spread it.
- Then keep spinach and cheese and make cutlets.
- Then dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
- Make all cutlets together.
- Then heat oil in frying pan and fry cutlets until golden.
- Now take it out, keep on tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
- In end, serve with garlic chili sauce.
