Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 6
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped spinach 2 bunches
  • Shredded cottage cheese 2 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Crushed green chilies 6
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Wash chopped spinach and soak in turmeric water.
  2. Take out after 5 minutes and dry water.
  3. Now mash boiled potatoes nicely and mix crushed green chilies, salt, crushed black pepper and rice flour nicely.
  4. Then dry spinach nicely.
  5. Now mix cottage cheese and chopped green coriander.
  6. Then grease hands, take some potato and spread it.
  7. Then keep spinach and cheese and make cutlets.
  8. Then dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  9. Make all cutlets together.
  10. Then heat oil in frying pan and fry cutlets until golden.
  11. Now take it out, keep on tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  12. In end, serve with garlic chili sauce.
