Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt 1 pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water as required
For Filling:
- Mashed potatoes 2 large
- Shredded chicken 125 gm
- Spring onion 3 medium
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mix herbs 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix flour, salt, oil and water to make dough and leave it for few minutes to set.
- Take a bowl, mix all filling ingredients together.
- Next take dough and make small balls from that.
- Roll balls with help of rolling pin to make small chapatis.
- Now pull filling on one piece of rolled dough and give shape of pockets and press well on top corners.
- Next, deep fry it and make sure shape should not be spoiled.
- Cut green part of spring onion into thin strips and tie that on fried pockets in bow shape.
- Delicious chicken and potato pockets are ready to serve.
- Serve with chili garlic sauce or ketchup.
