Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 500 gm
- Yeast 1-1/2 tsbp
- Eggs 3
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Icing sugar 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 150 gm
- Milk as required
For Brushing:
- Egg 1
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Dry fruit as required
Method:
- For brushing: Mix all ingredients nicely.
- Now heat milk.
- Now mix remaining ingredients, knead with lukewarm milk and leave in warm place for 2 hours.
- Now take out dough, make roll, make like steak and set on tray.
- Mix egg and cinnamon powder and brush on cake.
- Then garnish with dry fruit and grease baking tray with butter.
- Then bake in oven on 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, take it out, garnish with icing sugar and serve.
