Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsbp
  • Eggs 3
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Icing sugar 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Milk as required

For Brushing:

  • Egg 1
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Dry fruit as required

Method:

  1. For brushing: Mix all ingredients nicely.
  2. Now heat milk.
  3. Now mix remaining ingredients, knead with lukewarm milk and leave in warm place for 2 hours.
  4. Now take out dough, make roll, make like steak and set on tray.
  5. Mix egg and cinnamon powder and brush on cake.
  6. Then garnish with dry fruit and grease baking tray with butter.
  7. Then bake in oven on 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, take it out, garnish with icing sugar and serve.
