Ingredients:
- Brown rice boiled 200 gm
- Black lentil 1/2 cup
- Boiled macaroni 150 gm
- Onion 2
- Chopped tomatoes 3-4
- Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed cinnamon 2-3 sticks
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat olive oil in pan and fry onion and chopped garlic cloves.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, black pepper, salt, crushed cumin and crushed cinnamon and mix it.
- Then add water as required and cook until thick.
- When thick, put in blender and make paste.
- Put again in pan, put black lentils, boiled macaroni and brown rice boiled and mix it.
