Ingredients:

  • Brown rice boiled 200 gm
  • Black lentil 1/2 cup
  • Boiled macaroni 150 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Chopped tomatoes 3-4
  • Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in pan and fry onion and chopped garlic cloves.
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes, black pepper, salt, crushed cumin and crushed cinnamon and mix it.
  3. Then add water as required and cook until thick.
  4. When thick, put in blender and make paste.
  5. Put again in pan, put black lentils, boiled macaroni and brown rice boiled and mix it.
