Ingredients:
- Eggplant 500 gm
- Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Honey 4 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1/2 tsp
- Whole red chili 5-6
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut eggplant into round slice, put salt, put in pan and fry it.
- Now fry whole red chili and chopped garlic cloves in this pan.
- Then add roasted cumin, honey, salt, white pepper and olive oil and mix it.
- Then cook with water as required until thick.
- Then add eggplant, mix it, dish out it and serve.
