Ingredients:

  • Flour 2-1/2 cup
  • Instant yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

For Creamy Pizza Sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup

For Topping:

  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Mushrooms 4
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For dough: Put flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and chicken powder in bowl, knead with lukewarm water and make soft dough.
  2. Now put dough in greased bowl, cover it and keep it until it rises double in 1 hour.
  3. Then knead dough more with hands.
  4. Grease pizza pan.
  5. Roll dough, put in greased pan and make cuts with fork.
  6. For pizza sauce: Cook all ingredients until thick. Now add 3 tbsp cream cheese and spread on pizza base.
  7. For filling: Marinate chicken strips with salt, white pepper, green chili garlic sauce, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
  8. Now tender with 1 tbsp oil.
  9. Then give smoke of coal.
  10. Then mix cream and keep it aside.
  11. For assemble: Grease pizza plate.
  12. Now roll dough, spread it and mark cuts with fork.
  13. Then spread creamy sauce.
  14. Put chicken filling and topping ingredients, bake for 30 minutes on 200 degrees C and serve hot.
