Tamatar Aur Murgh Shorba by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Water 3 glasses
  • Fried onions 2
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed all spices 1 tsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Plum 50 gm

Method:

  1. Put fried onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, green chilies and cumin in blender and grind finely.
  2. Now heat oil in sand handi, put small cardamom, whole black pepper and grinded masala and roast masalay nicely.
  3. Then add water.
  4. When water boils, put whole chicken and plum, put flour on sides and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  5. Then add boiled eggs, crushed all spices and green coriander and close stove.
  6. It is ready.
