Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spices 1 tsp
  • Chilies 8
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Ginger 1
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Basil 6 leaves
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, basil, tomatoes and salt in blender and grind with water.
  2. Now marinate chicken with paste and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil and roast chicken on high flame.
  4. Then put yogurt and cream, cover it for 10 minutes and close stove.
