Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spices 1 tsp
- Chilies 8
- Garlic cloves 8
- Ginger 1
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Basil 6 leaves
- Tomatoes 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, basil, tomatoes and salt in blender and grind with water.
- Now marinate chicken with paste and leave for 30 minutes.
- Then heat oil and roast chicken on high flame.
- Then put yogurt and cream, cover it for 10 minutes and close stove.
