Ingredients:
- Flour 500 gm
- Instant yeast 5 gm
- Salt 5 gm
- Sugar 5 gm
- Water 250 gm
- Egg 1
Method:
- In bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar and water well and knead hard dough.
- Set it aside for raising until it doubles.
- Warp aluminum foil around stainless steel bowl and grease bowl from inside well.
- Lightly flour counter top, place dough on it and roll with help of rolling pin.
- Cut flat sough into 1/2 inch strips.
- Now one by one, set strip in greased bowl in shape of basket.
- Egg wash it with beaten egg and bake in oven at 180 degrees C until crispy and nicely golden in color.
