Ingredients:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Instant yeast 5 gm
  • Salt 5 gm
  • Sugar 5 gm
  • Water 250 gm
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. In bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar and water well and knead hard dough.
  2. Set it aside for raising until it doubles.
  3. Warp aluminum foil around stainless steel bowl and grease bowl from inside well.
  4. Lightly flour counter top, place dough on it and roll with help of rolling pin.
  5. Cut flat sough into 1/2 inch strips.
  6. Now one by one, set strip in greased bowl in shape of basket.
  7. Egg wash it with beaten egg and bake in oven at 180 degrees C until crispy and nicely golden in color.
